Senior Quantity Surveyor

Location: Bagshot, Surrey (office based role)

Working Hours: Start Time 8am (9 hrs per day) Mon - Fri

Senior QS required for Taylor Woodrow Civils South.

Responsibilities:

• Managing commercial support for projects.
• Reporting and assisting with contract negotiation.
• Contract support.
• Successful candidate will have proven QS experience at Senior level in infrastructure environments.
• Knowledge of NEC contracts Options C and E are required.
• Experience of dealing with National Highways would be essential.
• Working within CEMAR environment would also be required.

Preferred location would be Bagshot, Surrey or local whilst a permanent candidate is sought and onboarded. Valid driving licence and vehicle required.
