This opportunity is flexible to work around existing commitments. Your week can either be worked as 3 longer days, or 4/ 5 shorter days.

Job Title: Part Time Finance Assistant

Hours: Circa 25 hours a week

Salary: £13.00 - £13.50 per hour

Location: Bagshot, onsite

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure purchase invoices and credit notes are processed in a timely manner
  • Compile and process credit card expenses
  • Generate sales invoices using Sage
  • Execute payment runs monthly
  • Perform bank reconciliations
  • Support with month-end journals
  • Reconcile petty cash
  • Handle customer and supplier queries
  • Manage stationary orders
  • Perform ad-hoc admin duties when required

Skills and experience:

  • Previous experience in a role at a similar level
  • Experience with Sage 50
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office packages
  • Organisation and communication skills
  • An eye for detail
