A dynamic outgoing individual, that will join our team as Sous Chef, supporting our Head Chef, in a vibrant, innovative environment.
The Role
As Sous Chef in our kitchen, following Head Chefs specifications and guidelines. You will employ the culinary and managerial skills, to play a critical role in maintaining and enhancing both the kitchen team and overall customer satisfaction.

Broad understanding of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment and procedures
Excellent record of kitchen and staff management
Accuracy and speed in handling emergency situations and providing solutions
Familiar with industrys best practices
Outstanding communication skills
Up-to-date with culinary trends and optimised kitchen processes
Good understanding of useful computer programs (MS Office, EPOS)
- Innovation around recipe development and delivery of dishes
- Oversee junior chefs and where applicable other staff members as necessary
- Carry out administrative duties to maintain an efficient workspace

- Experience in a 3 Rosette or Michelin Star restaurant
