Position: Full-Time, Permanent
Shift Patterns:
Day Shift 1: 6:00 AM 6:00 PM (4 on, 4 off shift pattern)
Day Shift 2: 10:00 AM 10:00 PM (4 on, 4 off shift pattern)
Starting Pay Rate: £11.70 per hour
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate machinery and equipment efficiently and safely within the production line.
- Assist in the preparation and production of products, adhering to strict quality, food safety, and hygiene standards.
- Conduct regular quality checks to ensure products meet the required standards.
- Maintain a clean and organised work environment.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations to ensure a safe working environment.
- Work closely with other team members to achieve production targets.
Requirements:
- Basic level of spoken English for effective communication.
- Right to work in the UK (This role does not qualify for sponsorship).
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to high product quality.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Previous experience in manufacturing or production environments is desirable but not essential.
