If so, take a look below! My client, a growing manufacturer, is seeking a Technical Administrator to join their team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and update technical documentation, records and databases.
  • Support the technical team with scheduling, reporting, and communication.
  • Manage the preparation and distribution of reports, presentations, and correspondence.
  • Keep in regular contact with other departments to meet deadlines.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations through accurate record-keeping.
  • Handle queries and liaise with internal and external stakeholders to provide technical administrative support.
  • Meticulously review all information to prevent errors that could lead to incorrect labelling or product recalls.

Requirements:

  • Strong IT skills
  • Proven experience in an administrative/writing role, preferably within a technical, manufacturing or engineering environment.
  • Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Strong communication skills.
