Role:Night Shift Production Manager

Location: On-site, Bala

Salary: £42,500 (with a pay review due 1st July 2025)

Hours: MondayThursday, 6pm6am

Role Overview:

This leadership role oversees the smooth running of the night shift operation, including output, supervisor development, hygiene, waste, quality compliance, and continuous improvement. Youll play a vital part in delivering KPI targets and building a high-performance team culture.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead factory operations and supervisor team (8 direct reports)

Maintain quality and GMP standards across all areas

Investigate customer complaints from an operational standpoint

Drive plan attainment, yield, and waste reduction

Own and report on KPI dashboards and factory metrics

Conduct RCA, performance reviews, and staff development

Manage rotas, agency labour, and timekeeping

Ensure factory audit readiness and high hygiene standards

Support NPD and process readiness for new product launches

Ideal Candidate:

Strong leadership and team development skills

Excellent knowledge of factory operations and production planning

Data-driven mindset with experience in KPIs, CI, and RCA

Confident managing waste, yield, and quality compliance

Calm under pressure, collaborative, and proactive
