Shift 6pm - 6am Monday - Thursday nights
£42,500 + Premium overtime +Specialist training + Great Benefits
Location - Bala, North Wales (Commutable from: Wrexham, Oswestry, Conwy, Mold, Shrewsbury, Llanrwst)

As part of a team of 2 Shift Managers, you will be responsible for the day-to-day factory operations, including output, staff development, yield control, waste reduction, technical and quality standards, and driving operational improvements through gathering and analysing data.
The Role:
- Responsible for the day-to-day factory operations.
- Including output, staff development, yield control, waste reduction, technical and quality standards
- Subsidized local gym membership - including gym, pool, and fitness classes
- £200 signing bonus at weeks 13 and 26
The Person:
- Experience as a Production Manager
- Experience of working within the food industry is preferred but not essential
- Actively Committed to team development
