Administration Assistant – About our client:Our client is a small, busy office providing Membership Administration services to a variety of organisations. Their friendly and collaborative team manages a range of customer-focused tasks, ensuring excellent service delivery.
Administration Assistant – Job Details:
- Full-time, 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday
- Office-based, working hours between 9 am and 5 pm (35 hours per week)
- Holiday entitlement: 22 days plus Bank Holidays
- £11.44 per hour
Administration Assistant – Responsibilities:
- Handling membership administration, including new member applications, subscription renewals, and payment processing
- Preparing letters and despatching mailings
- Responding to telephone and email enquiries from the general public
- Managing post and other general office duties
- Maintaining membership records using Microsoft CRM
- Assisting with the promotion of seminars and conferences
- Attending and supporting the organisation’s Annual Event in London (may require overnight stay)
Administration Assistant – What We’re Looking For:
- Organised, methodical, and detail-oriented with strong data entry skills
- Excellent telephone manner and customer service skills
- Proficiency in IT, particularly CRM software (previous experience is advantageous)
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach to teamwork
- Positive, proactive, and enthusiastic work ethic
- Previous experience in an office environment is desirable
