What you'll be doing:

  • Supporting students with a tailored curriculum, focusing on key skills and functional learning.
  • Assisting in the development and implementation of individualized learning plans.
  • Working with small groups (6-8 students) with varying abilities to promote social, emotional, and academic development.
  • Collaborating with therapists, mental health professionals, and SEN staff to deliver targeted interventions.
  • Helping students with Autism, ADHD, SEMH, and other special educational needs thrive in a positive learning environment.

What we're looking for:

  • Undergraduate Degree in Psychology, Criminology, Health and Social Care, or related fields (or equivalent SEN experience).
  • A keen interest in mental health, Autism, and supporting children with SEN.
  • Strong commitment to working with children facing social, emotional, and mental health challenges.
  • Ideally, a local candidate based near Baldock for easy commute.
