The Role:As our new Finance & Office Administrator, you’ll wear multiple hats, but don't worry - you've got this! You’ll be the go-to person for keeping the financial side of things in order while also ensuring our office operations run seamlessly. What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Finance Administration:

    • Take responsibility for ensuring a well-run, efficient, and welcoming office environment.
    • Support the team with administrative tasks like scheduling meetings, booking travel, and handling general office inquiries.
  • Answering Phone Calls
    • Although we don’t get many incoming calls you would be the owner operator of telecoms, a friendly voice on the other end of the line ensuring they are connected to the right person or department.

    • Assist with CRM management, tracking leads, and preparing sales reports.
    • Help with preparing quotes, proposals, and contract documentation.

  • Experience with finance, accounting, or bookkeeping, ideally with familiarity in tools like Xero, Excel, etc.
  • Strong communication skills - both written and verbal - so you can collaborate with different teams and assist our clients with ease.
