Duration: Temporary to Permanent
Pay Rates: 14.86 per hour (PAYE)

We are currently recruiting for a number of skilled and dedicated Driveline Operatives to join the production team. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in manufacturing and mechanical assembly, who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to contribute to high-quality production processes.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:
* Assembling and fitting driveline components with precision.
* Reading and interpreting engineering drawings to ensure accuracy.
* Maintaining high-quality standards and adhering to safety protocols.
* Collaborating with team members and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
* Being flexible with shift patterns and overtime when required.

Qualifications & Experience:
* Chassis assembly experience.
* Time-served in a relevant trade (Fitter, Mechanic, Plumber).

Experience & Skills:
* Experience working within a manufacturing environment.
* Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
* Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
* Awareness of Health & Safety regulations.
