Responsibilities:Â
- To be responsible for managing a small caseload in the community.
- Take detailed notes of each patient visit, liaise with colleagues & other services when required.
- Conduct risk assessments for self-harm, harm to others, or vulnerability to exploitation.
- Develop individualized care plans in collaboration with patients, families, and multidisciplinary teams.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Fully enhanced valid DBS
- Must have a Mental Health Nursing degree.
- Community experience IS NOT required.
- Must have 6 months post qualification experience.

Rate Breakdown:
£27ph LTD | £24.29 PAYE Inclusive
We offer a £250 bonus for starting a contract with SCS.
Furthermore, if you know anyone looking for work and you refer them across, we offer a £250 referral bonus per person.
