About the vacancy
A specialist supplier in the construction industry is recruiting an experienced Accounts Assistant to join their finance team of three in Middleton Cheney, Banbury. You'll get to work in a great office space with 12 in the business, free on-site parking, and be part of a more comprehensive group operation with entities in the UK, Netherlands and Switzerland. This will be an office-based role with working hours between 08:00-16:30 or 07:00-15:30.
Your new role
The position will include, but not be limited to:
- Daily entry of purchase invoices across 3 entities
- Matching of invoices to purchase orders
- Entry of credit card expenses and statements
- Dealing with queries on supplier invoices
- Entering of customer receipts from bank statements
What you'll need to succeed
Experience working in a similar role/accounts payable role is essential. Ideally, someone keen to keep learning. NetSuite system experience will be beneficial but not essential.
What you'll get in return
You will receive a salary in the range of £27-30k with flexible working hours - no one works past 5pm!
