We are pleased to be working with a growing business based in Banbury that are looking for an Accounts Assistant to join the team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to work in a supportive environment, with the potential for further progression. Offering up to £35,000.
Key responsibilities:
- Collaborating with suppliers and internal staff to resolve payment queries
- Producing BACS payment run/urgent CHAPS
- Managing unallocated cash
- Processing Supplier Invoices
- Reconciliation of Supplier Statements
- Ownership of the aged receivables report and tracking overdue accounts
- Cashing customer payments
- Supporting the preparation of the cashflow reports
What they're looking for:
- Minimum of a couple of years' experience in either an accounts payable or receivable role
- Good IT skills including Excel
- Excellent communication skills
- Great attention to detail
