Job Description: SRG are seeking a highly organised and proactive Administrative Assistant to join a company based in Banbury. The successful candidate will provide comprehensive administrative support to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the department. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the engineering team, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and coordinating travel arrangements.
- Assist with the preparation of reports, presentations, and technical documentation.
- Maintain and update departmental records, databases, and filing systems.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and phone calls.
- Coordinate and liaise with other departments and external stakeholders as needed.
- Perform other administrative tasks as required to support the team.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
