Red Recruitment is recruiting a Team Leader to join our client based in Banbury.
The salary for this position is up to 30,000 per annum.
Package for a Team Leader:
- Salary: Up to 30,000 per annum
- Hours: Monday - Friday, hours 9am - 5:30pm and 1 in 2 weekends.
- Location: Banbury
Key Responsibilities of a Team Leader:
- Managing, coaching and motivating Agents
- Tracking and measuring individual and team goals and targets
- Ensuring customer expectations are met
- Providing support to the team with high-volume calls or escalations
- Encouraging the team to achieve high standards of performance and customer service
Key Skills and Experience of a Team Leader:
- Experience leading a team in any industry (e.g. contact centre, retail and hospitality)
- Good communication skills
- You should be able to think independently and work within a team
- Motivating and inspiring team members
- Creating a positive communication environment
