This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a team-oriented setting and is focused on process excellence rather than aggressive sales.Key responsibilities include:
  • Leading a team of account managers/customer service operatives to achieve high standards of service and operational efficiency.
  • Overseeing the processing of customer forecasts, orders, and quotes, ensuring they are handled accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Ensuring the team follows established sales processes and proactively managing customer order books for extended timeframes.
  • Supporting the team in identifying and maximising sales opportunities and revenue where appropriate.
We are seeking a candidate with:
