This role is integral to ensuring the seamless operation of their sales administration and internal quotation processes.Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and support the internal sales team in their assistance to the Account Managers, External Sales Team, and Sales Director.
  • Coordinate and ensure the smooth running of sales administration and internal quotation processes.
  • Build and maintain effective communication and strong relationships within the team and across the organisation.
  • Regular travel to their sites in both Redditch and Stokenchurch on a weekly basis.
  • Support Sales Director with data and activity requests
  • Work with Procurement and Supply Chain to ensure the sales to purchase cycle runs smoothly
Requirements:
  • Proven experience managing a team.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Full UK driving licence is essential due to the nature of the role.
