Company Overview: Join our clients dynamic and thriving company, based in Banbury, as they seek an experienced Internal Sales Manager to lead their internal sales team. This role is integral to ensuring the seamless operation of their sales administration and internal quotation processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and support the internal sales team in their assistance to the Account Managers, External Sales Team, and Sales Director.
  • Coordinate and ensure the smooth running of sales administration and internal quotation processes.
  • Build and maintain effective communication and strong relationships within the team and across the organisation.
  • Regular travel to their sites in both Redditch and Stokenchurch on a weekly basis.
  • Support Sales Director with data and activity requests
  • Work with Procurement and Supply Chain to ensure the sales to purchase cycle runs smoothly

Requirements:
  • Proven experience managing a team.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Full UK driving licence is essential due to the nature of the role.
