Red Recruitment is recruiting a Sales Executive to join our client on a temporary basis. You will be required to make a number of high-volume calls, with the objective of booking appointments for the business development team and be required to be a full 360 Account Manager for your clients.

To be considered for this role you should be target-driven and have resilience as you will be responsible for identifying and qualifying potential leads to support the sales team. You will engage with prospects through various channels, including telemarketing, to generate interest in the products and services.

This position is fully office-based in Banbury.

Package for a Sales Executive:

  • Salary: £13.58 - £15.38 per hour (depending on experience)
  • Hours: Monday - Friday, 9am - 5.30pm
  • Contract Type: Temporary (there is a possibility for extension)
  • Location: Banbury, Oxfordshire

Key Responsibilities of a Sales Executive:

  • Conducting outbound calls to potential clients to generate leads and set appointments for the Business Development team
  • Identifying and qualifying leads
  • Making 300 calls per day with the aim of securing one booking at a minimum
  • Providing a 360 consultancy to all clients
  • Developing and maintaining an understanding of the products and services to effectively address client needs
  • Maintaining accurate records of interactions with prospects and reporting on lead generation activities regularly

Key Skills and Experience of a Sales Executive:

  • You should be sales-driven with previous experience of hitting targets
  • Familiarity with CRM software, particularly Hubspot, is highly desirable
  • Ideally, you will know the difference between Firewall and Router
  • Being hard working and motivated are essential to be considered for this role
  • Great communication skills are required as you will be speaking with a variety of people
  • Being proactive and using your initiative to make sales is required
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, demonstrating initiative and motivation.
