- Calling (B2B) new & existing prospects to identify new business opportunities.
- Create sales leads through prospecting, booked appointments and gaining relevant data.
- Assisting other departments through writing of clear reports of appointments booked and information gathered from meetings.
- Maintaining the contact database (CRM) and keep details up to date.
- Promoting the company’s services/products.
- Answering prospects questions/queries to alleviate any concerns.
- Meet daily, weekly and monthly KPI targets.
- Prior experience using a CRM and other office applications (desirable).
- Previous experience in an office-based customer service/sales environment.
- High level of motivation and determination.
- Good literacy skills.
- Ability to compose short written reports.
- Excellent communication skills both internally and externally.
- Ability to interact with a wide variety of people and highly communicable.

- Monday to Thursday, 8:30am-17:30pm, Friday 8:30am-12:30pm.
- Hybrid working after training period – Thursday & Friday remote.
- Ability to increase per annum earnings to £25,500, through a clear progression path.
