About the Role We are looking for an Internal Sales Manager to lead and support our clients internal sales / customer accounts team in delivering exceptional customer service. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a team-oriented setting and is focused on process excellence rather than aggressive sales.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading a team of account managers/customer service operatives to achieve high standards of service and operational efficiency.
- Overseeing the processing of customer forecasts, orders, and quotes, ensuring they are handled accurately and in a timely manner.
- Ensuring the team follows established sales processes and proactively managing customer order books for extended timeframes.
- Supporting the team in identifying and maximising sales opportunities and revenue where appropriate.
- A solid background in leading and managing teams within an office environment.
- A customer-centric approach with a proven ability to maintain strong client relationships.
- Experience in maximising revenue while maintaining a focus on service quality and team development.
- A full UK driving license and the willingness to travel between our sites in Redditch and Stokenchurch.
