Berry Recruitment are NOW hiring for a committed and experienced to work for an After- Sales Support Representative Manufacturing company Banbury, Oxfordshire

Role:After- Sales Support Representative

Salary: £24,000 - £27,000 - Depending on experience.

Location: Banbury, Oxfordshire

Hours: Full time based at Banbury (Monday to Friday) 37.5-hour week.

Role Purpose:

The After- Sales Support Representative serves as a key point of contact between the Consumer Service Desk, XPO Spares, and the supplying plants of spare parts. This role is dedicated to ensuring the seamless flow of information and spare parts, providing exceptional customer service through timely and accurate responses to consumer inquiries. By facilitating communication across various teams and managing the efficient delivery of spare parts, the specialist ensures that customer needs are met with the highest level of satisfaction and service excellence.

Key Responsibilities of the After - Sales Support Representative:

  • Investigates claims and associated costs, attends weekly calls with other functions to discuss the status of claim.
  • Liaises with other departments to find resolutions to customer issues if possible.
  • Investigates consumer issues and complaints through to resolution.
  • Managing any consumer complaints sent from the Consumer Service team and Home Delivery team.
  • Ensuring complaints are handled effectively and a suitable solution is provided for a complainant in line with our processes and values.
  • Completing full scale investigations into consumer complaints and presenting findings to the consumer upon request.
  • Reacting to and managing all reviews left on Trustpilot, turning any negative experiences around.
  • Overseeing consistent improvements in online reviews and ensuring positive feedback is given to agents handling cases effectively.

About you:

  • Proven track record in a similar position.
  • Relevant Customer Service/Administration or similar qualification.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and preferably have experience with SAP & Salesforce.
