Red Recruitment is recruiting Part-time, Evening Customer Service Advisors in Banbury to join our client, a premier contact centre outsourcing business, dedicated to delivering exceptional service to their clients.

They are looking for Customer Service Advisor to join their team where you will be working on behalf of a funeral company, assisting with customer queries.

This is a part-time, temporary position working evening and weekend shifts only, this position is due to begin as soon as possible and is only Thursday, Friday and Sunday only.

The hourly rate is 11.50 per hour.

Key Responsibilities of a Part-time Evening Customer Service Advisor:

  • Working on behalf of a funeral company
  • Answering customer calls regarding a variety of queries regarding a funeral plan
  • Assisting customers with their funeral payment plans
  • Ensuring all queries are answered within a timely manner
  • Providing a warm, friendly approach, ensuring empathy is shown at all times due to the nature of the calls

Key Skills and Experience of a Part-time Evening Customer Service Advisor:
