This role will play a key part in ensuring the HR services are streamlined, effective, and aligned with the business needs with a strong focus on process improvement, administrative efficiency, and HR Policy & Procedure implementation. This is a new role within the business reporting into the Business Directors.

What will you do as HR Manager?
- Provide HR support, guidance and advice to employees & senior managers / directors
- Implementing HR Policies & Procedures
- Employee relations, L & D, performance management & employee contracts
- Identify specific training & development programmes
- Implement annual performance appraisals, drafting all HR related letters and documentation
- Monitoring and managing performance / absence management frameworks?
What do you need as HR Manager?
- Minimum, CIPD Level 3 qualified
- Be able to mentor employees at all levels across the business
- Ability to drive change and improve efficiency within HR functions
- Strong knowledge of UK employment law and best practices
