We will consider candidates either with or without recruitment experience, providing applicants have good customer service skills, strong organisational skills, are fully computer literate and are happy to work in a fast paced environment.
The key responsibilities of this role include;
- Building relationships with clients and candidates
- Advertising live roles through all means available
- Interviewing applicants
- Matching candidates to suitable roles
- Ensuring all candidates are registered and fully compliant
- Communicating with & managing candidates throughout their assignments
- Visiting client sites to hold service reviews & ensure satisfaction
- Assisting with administrative tasks in branch including payroll
- Resolving candidate & client queries
- Involvement in new business generation
