As Project Manager you will be responsible for you will be responsible for driving the successful delivery of strategic projects that align with our client's goals. You will collaborate across teams to design and implement innovative solutions, with a focus on enhancing the services. This will include digital projects such as the implementation of digital tools and other innovative resources. Previous experience in digital project management is highly desirable. This is a permanent position which is available on a full time or part time basis - min. three days per week, based in Banbury but hybrid working/remote working available for the right candidate.

As Project Manager, you will be responsible for:

Project Delivery: Lead and deliver ongoing projects efficiently, ensuring high-quality output, timely completion, and adherence to budgets

Stakeholder Collaboration: Foster relationships with external stakeholders, identifying opportunities for collaboration to enhance services

Internal Team Coordination: Work closely with cross-functional teams, ensuring clear communication and timely completion of deliverables

Digital Innovation: Play a key role in the design, development, and implementation of digital solutions to improve customer engagement and service offerings

As Project Manager, you must be/have:

Project Management: Proven track record in managing projects from initiation through to completion (Essential)

Digital Project Management: Experience in managing digital projects, including tools or platforms (Highly Desirable)

Programme Management: Experience in managing multiple projects within a programme (Desirable)
