- Collaborate with the Test Engineer and MAIT team to conduct comprehensive mechanical, thermal, and RF testing across our product portfolio.
- Set up and execute tests according to protocols developed by the Chief Engineering team, including electrical, RF, and vibration tests.
- Prepare and manage test setups, ensuring all equipment is calibrated and maintained.
- Document test results meticulously, providing detailed reports and recommendations for improvements.
- Support the development and refinement of test procedures and protocols, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
- Proven experience as a Test Technician, ideally within a regulated industry such as aerospace, space, or nuclear sectors.
- Strong proficiency in executing detailed test procedures and protocols.
- Exceptional analytical skills with a keen eye for detail in report writing and data analysis.
- Familiarity with a range of testing equipment, particularly thermal vacuum chambers, RF vector analysers, and data logging tools.
- Excellent organizational skills, capable of managing multiple projects with varying deadlines.
