COMMERCIAL PROPERTY SOLICITOR, NQ - 3 PQE, OXFORDSHIRE, SALARY UP TO £45-55,000 (DOE). Exciting opportunity to join the commercial property team of this high ranking Legal 500 firm. JOB REF: 215299352The appointed candidate will be dealing with a diverse caseload of commercial property transactions, including acquisitions, disposals, and landlord & tenant matters.• The firm are accepting applications from candidates at NQ – 3 years’ PQE with a solid understanding of commercial property law and real estate finance.• The role will involve drafting, reviewing and negotiating leases, licences and other property agreements. It will also include advising clients on real estate aspects of corporate transactions, conducting due diligence and reviewing title documents, property searches and enquiries.• You will also assist with secured lending and real estate finance transactions, and handle development matters such as site acquisitions and infrastructure agreements.• You should have strong legal research, drafting, and negotiation skills, and demonstrate the ability to work to deadlines.
