Company Commercial Solicitor – North Oxfordshire
Are you a Company Commercial Solicitor looking for your next career step in a modern and forward-thinking law firm?
Our client, a progressive legal practice based in North Oxfordshire, is seeking an experienced solicitor to join its established Company Commercial Department.
The Role:
As a key member of the team, you will handle a varied caseload advising clients ranging from AIM-listed companies to sole traders.
Your Responsibilities Will Include:
- Managing asset and share-based sales/acquisitions from heads of terms to completion
- Drafting and negotiating joint venture agreements, investment agreements and shareholders’ agreements
- Leading corporate restructures, share issues and share incentive schemes
- Preparing and advising on franchise and area development agreements
- Drafting and reviewing commercial contracts eg: utilities, software and terms & conditions of sale
- Handling sales agency agreements and advising on agency law matters
- Reviewing banking facility agreements and related security documentation
- Providing comprehensive company secretarial support
About You:
- A qualified Solicitor with at least 3 years’ post-qualification experience  in corporate and commercial law
- Skilled in building strong client relationships and delivering tailored legal solutions
- Proactive, commercially minded and confident in taking ownership of a well-established department
- Capable of working collaboratively with other departments servicing commercial clients
