What You'll Do:

Troubleshoot and resolve breakdowns efficiently.
Monitor and optimize production equipment to ensure maximum efficiency.
Conduct preventative maintenance to minimize downtime.
Uphold the highest safety and environmental standards.
Contribute to process improvements, cost-saving initiatives, and innovation projects.
Work closely with other departments to maintain quality and performance.



What We're Looking For:

Formal apprenticeship in electrical, mechanical, or hydraulic engineering.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
Experience in injection moulding (preferred but not essential).
Hands-on experience with robotics, hydraulics, and PLCs.
A proactive mindset with a passion for continuous improvement.
