Not many CNC Millers can boast they machine highly complex parts, on cutting-edge projects for industry leading OEM's daily. Well soon, you will be able to do just that! A lot of the parts produced will be prototype parts, meaning you will have great variety of different parts being produced in your machine.

The Company;

You will be working for a leading technology company specializing in providing innovative solutions and consultancy services to various industries, including those across the motorsport, automotive & electric vehicle, off-highway, aerospace, and defence sectors to name a few. They pride themselves on delivering high-quality full lifecycle engineering services to their high-end clients and the machine shop plays a vital role in the success of this.

The Role;

As a CNC Miller, you will be producing complex 5 axis machined parts mainly from metallic materials. This will be done on state-of-the-art machines, which are run on either Fanuc or Heidenhain controls. The offline programs will be created by the production engineering team, so you will be setting the machine and tooling, and ensuring the machine runs smoothly until the finished product is created!

What we need from you;

  • Set & operated 3+2 & simultaneous 5 axis machines, producing complex components
  • Have worked on Fanuc and/or Heidenhain controlled CNC mills previously
  • Machined metallic components down to the tightest of tolerances
