Job Title: Major Ortho Scrub Nurse
Tripod Partners are currently recruiting for a Major Ortho Scrub Nurse familiar with Total Hip Replacement (THR), Total Knee Replacement (TKR), Total Shoulder Replacement (TSR), and both upper and lower limb surgeries, including hands and feet. This is an ongoing placement with approximately three shifts per week.
Key Responsibilities

Provide expert scrub nurse support during major orthopedic surgeries, including THR, TKR, TSR, and upper/lower limb procedures.

Ensure all surgical instruments and equipment are prepared and managed efficiently throughout the surgery.

Work closely with the surgical team to provide high-quality care and ensure patient safety.
Position Details:
- Work Pattern: Approximately 3 days per week, 08:00-18:00
- Rates:
- Weekday Rate: 35.00 per hour
- Saturday Rate: 38.00 per hour
- Sunday Rate: 41.00 per hour
- Pay Type: Umbrella or PAYE available
Requirements:
- Experienced Scrub Nurse familiar with major orthopedic surgeries, including THR, TKR, TSR, and upper/lower limb procedures
- Strong knowledge of orthopedic surgical instruments and procedures
