Responsibilities

  • Manage all commercial aspects of the project from inception to completion
  • Oversee subcontractor procurement, valuations, and payments
  • Prepare cost reports, forecasts, and risk analysis
  • Ensure compliance with contract terms and financial controls
  • Work closely with the project team to drive efficiency and profitability
  • On site 5 days a week


Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Senior Quantity Surveyor in the construction industry.
  • Expertise in high-rise residential projects preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of construction contracts, particularly JCT and NEC.
  • Excellent analytical and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Professional accreditation (e.g., RICS, CIOB) is advantageous.
