Responsibilities

Manage all commercial aspects of the project from inception to completion
Oversee subcontractor procurement, valuations, and payments
Prepare cost reports, forecasts, and risk analysis
Ensure compliance with contract terms and financial controls
Work closely with the project team to drive efficiency and profitability
On site 5 days a week

Requirements

Proven experience as a Senior Quantity Surveyor in the construction industry.
Expertise in high-rise residential projects preferred.
Strong knowledge of construction contracts, particularly JCT and NEC.
Excellent analytical and negotiation skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
Professional accreditation (e.g., RICS, CIOB) is advantageous.
