Following substantial growth in branch, Quest Employment Banbury are now recruiting for an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our friendly & busy team.

Responsibilities include;

  • Maintain strong relationships with workers, clients & colleagues
  • Regularly attend client sites to gauge & improve service levels
  • Maximize all opportunities within existing customers to ensure sole / preferred supplier status achieved
  • Identify and target inactive/decreased spend customers and implement activities to address
  • Generate leads to maintain a healthy pool of prospect clients
  • Identify competitor information using all resources available
  • Identify and manage own portfolio of prospect target accounts
  • Contact prospective clients to offer recruitment support
  • Conduct site visits to all new customers prior to supply
  • Obtain full and detailed temporary work orders
  • Advertise active roles through all available means
  • Actively source and qualify candidates
  • Manage clients' needs and expectations
  • Conduct full and thorough registrations, assignment inductions and appraisals with all applicants
  • Maintain high levels of compliance
