Location: Banbury 
Position: Home Manager, Care Home
Salary: £55,000 + bonuses
Hours: Full time
Contract type: Permanent

We are looking for a dedicated Home Manager to lead our care team and ensure the high-quality care we are known for. You'll motivate and guide your team to maintain our excellent standards, while fostering a supportive environment for professional growth.
You will have the freedom to manage resources and ensure the home's financial success. With your strong business and sales skills, you'll help grow occupancy and build strong relationships with key stakeholders.

Registered for up to 60 service users, the care home provides the following care:

 Skills and experience required:

  • Previous Home Manager experience.
  • The ability to engage with the service users to understand their needs in order to provide excellent services of care.
  • Good working knowledge of CQC standards.
  • The ability to build and maintain excellent working relationships with external care professionals, families, visitors and staffing team.
  • Ability to promote ownership of care programs by fully involving service users and their families in developing, agreeing and evaluating care programs within the home.
