- Respond to all types of customer enquiries which come into the organisation.
- Use systems to manage and update enquiries.
- Processing permitting applications and licences.
- Ensuring accurate data capture and processing to relevant systems
- Dealing with other enquiries within the Customer Hub Team.
- Fluent in both Welsh and English languages
- Good experience with all Microsoft packages
- Accurate with inputting data into systems.
- Good communication skills
- Ability to solve problems.
- Ability to work to strict times called and deadlines.
