Hays Civil Engineering are delighted to be working alongside this Civil Engineering Contractor in supporting their recruitment for a Quantity Surveyor to join their team

Reporting to the Management team, you will be joining this experienced business and tasked to support and lead the Commercial function of their projects

You'll be working on a variety of projects ranging in value from 1m to 3m, with ad-hoc schemes higher than this. It'll be a mix of various Groundworks, Civil Engineering, Build & Housing projects, and you'll be carrying out the full spectrum of works, from precontract to final account, with an emphasis of commercial management and commercial leadership

You will be working on multiple projects at any one time, so you must have the ability to multi-task from project to project. You must be proficient with JCT / NEC, and you must have strong commercial knowledge and experience

You will be given the responsibility to also support the pricing and tendering of schemes, and be given autonomy to mould and grow your responsibility both within the role, and the organisation

Based in North West Wales, you must live a sensible, and commutable distance away. Remote working isn't on offer, and this is a salaried, permanent opportunity
