Alexander Steele Recruitment are working with a client in the Hospitality sector which are looking to recruit a Cafe Manager. The business currently have 6 Cafes and the Cafe Manager will work across each site.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations across multiple caf locations, ensuring consistency and efficiency.
- Implement and maintain company standards for food quality, service, and cleanliness.
- Monitor and improve operational workflows to enhance customer experience.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, food hygiene, and licensing laws.
- Manage stock levels, minimise waste, and ensure smooth supply chain operations.
- Develop and enforce operational procedures to enhance productivity.
- Maintain high customer service standards across all locations.
- Handle escalated customer complaints and implement service improvements.
- Ensure cafs deliver a consistent brand experience.
- Gather customer feedback and implement changes to enhance satisfaction.
- Train and develop staff to provide excellent customer service.
- Monitor customer trends and adapt offerings to meet demands.
