We are recruiting for a global investment management organisation who have introduced a highly attractive hybrid flexible working programme. Due to an increase in business activity, they are now looking to further expand their Customer Service teams within their Surrey based offices. These are very much career progressive roles, offering ongoing training and where you continue to develop your skills, knowledge and experience.

This division plays a large part in first line customer care, where the teams are responsible for all levels of customer services by responding to and resolving incoming queries from both direct customers and Financial Advisers.

With ongoing training, you will be fully responsible for responding to all level of incoming enquiries predominantly around investment funds and pensions (product training supplied). This can include resolving all levels queries, providing updates on accounts and products and online based information, as well as problem solving and providing additional information on other products, funds and services offered etc.

Whether your experience has been gained within a corporate customer services environment, these roles have specifically been created in order to offer ongoing training and long-term career development, where you will be provided with all the tools and information to learn and progress within either this specific division and/or the wider business, including more bespoke/specialist areas.

In order to be considered, it is essential that you are ambitious, motivated and willing to learn, coupled with excellent organisational skills and the proven ability in being able to listen, understand and communicate at all levels.
