Salary: Up to 50,000 + car allowance.

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Electrical Qualifying Supervisor to oversee renewable energy maintenance works within social housing environments. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring all electrical installations and maintenance activities are carried out to the highest standards, adhering to relevant regulations and best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage electrical maintenance works related to renewable energy systems, including solar panels, wind turbines, and energy storage systems.
- Conduct inspections and audits of electrical installations to ensure compliance with current regulations and safety standards.
- Provide technical guidance and support to electrical engineers and technicians.
- Liaise with tenants, housing authorities, and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and resolution of any issues.
- Prepare and maintain detailed reports on maintenance activities, compliance, and system performance.
- Ensure all work is completed within budget and on schedule.
- Conduct regular training sessions for staff to keep them updated on the latest industry practices and safety protocols.
- Develop and implement maintenance plans and schedules to optimize system performance and longevity.
- Respond to emergency call-outs and provide troubleshooting assistance as needed.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Fully qualified electrician with a valid UK certification (e.g., City & Guilds 2391, 18th Edition Wiring Regulations).
- Extensive experience in supervising electrical maintenance works, preferably within the renewable energy sector but not essential.
- Strong knowledge of current electrical regulations and standards.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
- Valid UK driving license.
Desirable Skills:
- Experience working within social housing environments.
- Familiarity with renewable energy technologies and systems.
- Previous experience as a Qualifying Supervisor.
