Maintenance Engineer Role and Responsibilities
- This role will require the Maintenance Engineer to build, test, service, repair, and install machinery.
- Working on an electrical panel and making a wiring cabinet.
- This role is based on the shop floor alongside other engineers with some client interaction.
- You may from time to time be required to attend site visits to support other Engineers in installing, repairing, and servicing machines.
- Assisting in projects.

Maintenance Engineer Requirements
- The Maintenance Engineer will ideally have 17th or 18th Edition or an electrical qualification and be happy to be upskilled to obtain 18th
- Experience working within FMCG, food distribution, or a high-volume environment.
- Experience in PLC and automation is desirable but not essential.
- Must have a mechanical understanding.

What we offer/benefits
- £35,000 - £42,000 annual salary.
- Monday to Friday working pattern, 37.5 hours a week.
- Standard hours 9:00am – 5:30am.
- Flexible start time from 7:00 am to 9:30 am.
- 25 days holiday plus bank holidays.
- Workplace pension scheme, which includes a 5% contribution from the employer.
- Closed of Christmas and New Year.
- Christmas bonus depending on business performance.
