Our client is seeking an experienced BMS Engineer to work across London. They are a successful and growing M&E contractor based in South West London, providing Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) to over 150 commercial properties across the city. These properties include residential apartment blocks with communal HVAC plant rooms, commercial office spaces, mixed-use developments, schools, colleges, and nursing homes.
The BMS Engineer will be responsible for working on Honeywell, Trend, and various other BMS control systems across London, carrying out maintenance, servicing, fault finding, and repairs.
BMS Engineer Job OverviewThe BMS Engineer will be mobile, requiring travel across London to service, maintain, fault-find, and repair Honeywell, Trend, and various other BMS control systems. The role also includes participation in an out-of-hours call-out rota (1 in 9).
BMS Engineer Job Requirements- Qualified Electrician - 18th Edition
- Confident in service/PPM, fault finding, and repairs
- Knowledge of 963 Operators, 963 Engineering, and various BMS systems
- Proficient in BACnet and ModBus
- Minimum 5 years' experience as a BMS Engineer
- Full UK driving license
- Based in or around the M25 area
- £50,000 DOE
- Travel paid after 90 minutes daily at 1.5x
- 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays
- Company van, fuel card & Extensive personal use
- Overtime at 1.5x & 2X
- Call out rota - 1 in 9 with £150 stand by payment
