As an Assistant Right to Buy Officer, you will be responsible for supporting the Sales and Leasing Team in administering and processing the Right to Buy applications.

This will involve assisting with the conveyancing process, calculating sale offers, and providing general advice and guidance to tenants interested in purchasing their properties through the Right to Buy scheme.

To be successful in this role, you should have knowledge of the Housing Act 1985 and the Right to Buy process.

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential, as you will be dealing with members of the public in sensitive situations. Proficiency in IT systems, including Microsoft Office and housing management databases, is also required.
