LOCAL HOUSING MANAGER
One of the biggest housing associations in the UK is seeking an Interim Housing Manager to join their team on a 6-month contract (likely to be extended).
About the role:
* Location: North East London Region, covering Haringey Borough & West London
* Start Date: April 2025
* Job Type: Hybrid (Satellite Office, Main Office, and on-site)
* Salary: 29.12 (Umbrella)
* Clean UK Drivers License and own vehicle

Day-to-day of the role:
* Manage and oversee the housing operations within the assigned regions, ensuring efficient service delivery and compliance with all housing regulations.
* Address anti-social behaviour (ASB) and coordinate with relevant agencies to resolve issues promptly.
* Handle decants effectively, ensuring minimal disruption to residents and adherence to safety protocols.
* Implement safeguarding measures to protect vulnerable residents and ensure their well-being.
* Collaborate with external agencies for partnership working to enhance community support and services.
* Utilise NEC Housing System and CRM housing system for daily operations and tenant management.
* Manage procurement processes using Oracle, ensuring cost-effectiveness and compliance with financial regulations.
