Hours:             35 hours per week (Hybrid – 2 days from home)

Our client, an award-winning and innovative women-only organisation, is looking for an experienced Domestic Housing Manager, responsible for overseeing the delivery of their London service

Synopsis of Duties

  • Lead and manage the LWHSP project and the co-located IDVAs,
  • Responsible for line managing and performance managing Regional Managers and project staff within the post holder’s responsibility, including annual appraisals and supervision.
  • Supporting Regional Managers to recruit, train, and develop a team of competent and highly skilled IDVAs to provide a consistently high-quality service to women.
  • Supporting IDVAs to ensure that values, policies, and procedures are embedded into service delivery.
  • Overseeing the management of caseloads and casework to a high-quality standard and monitoring the performance of your team, offering continuous coaching and feedback to ensure the specific KPIs and outcome measures for the contract are met taking immediate action to manage poor performance as necessary.

Essential Requirements:

  • Experience of managing frontline staff, supporting them to follow service delivery processes and procedures to ensure effective and safe service delivery to achieve positive outcomes for young women and girls accessing the Victims and Witnesses service.
  • You will have excellent time management skills to ensure service outcomes are monitored and reported on in a timely and effective manner. You will also have excellent communication skills that will allow you to build good working relationships with your team, the wider organisation and external delivery partners. You will be able to reflect and adapt to manage change and enhance working practices, as well as supporting your team through change. You will have an enthusiastic attitude and instil this within your day to day work and interactions with your colleagues and external stakeholders.
