An exciting opportunity has arisen for a permanent Administrator to join our client in their Barking Offices.
Reporting to the Office Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Switchboard and concierge cover
- General typing
- Meeting and greeting
- Maintaining accurate records
- Activity logs
- Issuing permits
- Carrying pout fire alarm tests and drills
- Document/Drawing control
- Producing manuals
- Ad hoc duties and when required
The successful candidate must have:
- a minimum of 3 GCSEs Grade A-C in 3 separate subjects including Maths and English
- Good typing speed
- Word and Excel
- Good telephone manner
- Positive attitude
Hours Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5:00pm
