Our client a well-established Construction Company based in East London currently have a vacancy for an experienced Contracts Administrator within their Service Contracts department. The role will be varied and involve daily interactions with clients, contractors, suppliers and senior management. To be successful in this position you must have previous diary management/scheduling experience, excellent organisational skills, and a genuine interest in the forward progression of the company.

Salary: £26 - £28k per annum.

Hours: Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5.00pm.

Job Description - Contracts Administrator

  • Daily allocation of workload to engineers on our System.
  • Ensure diaries are full and immediate attention given to allocate work to engineers
  • Review and monitor progress of works
  • Monitor and ensure smooth flow of data/information from engineers to relevant departments.
  • Build rapport and maintain good relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Update a range of client specific job portals with works progress
  • Respond to telephone and email enquiries in a timely fashion
  • Type quotations and raise jobs on various computer systems.
  • Digital Filing
  • Updating databases and computer programmes

  • Ability to multitask
  • Confident communicator
  • Excellent computer skills including MS Office
  • A 'can-do' attitude and solutions oriented.
