- Process and reconcile financial transactions, including invoices, Discretionary housing payments and prevention fund payments.
- Assist in budget tracking and financial reporting.
- Collaborate with the team manager, finance team, statutory and non-statutory organisations to ensure accurate and timely financial transactions.
- Identify landlords offering suitable private rented accommodation for our clients at the local housing allowance rate.
- Negotiating deposits and rental payments

- Ensuring the subscription renewal of accommodation platforms.
- Proven experience as an Administrator or in a similar role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

- Can demonstrate knowledge in sourcing, negotiating, and maintaining relationships with agents and landlords in the private rented sector.
- Experience in Administrator, property management,
